Soup Choices

  • Strawberry and green peppercorn soup with a drizzle of sour cream
  • Roasted Roma tomatoes and Basil with melted mozzarella
  • Specialty soup – Add $2.25 per person
  • Shrimp and Lobster Bisque with Shaved Parmesan and Garlic oil drizzle
  • Grilled kale and Chorizo sausage with white beans, stewed with Roma tomatoes, chicken broth with a Garlic crouton.
  • Thai watermelon and crab soup with cilantro oil swirl

Salad Choices

  • Caesar Salad Wedge
  • Wedge of crisp baby romaine drizzled with house made Caesar vinaigrette, Shaved Red onion and Shaved Grana Padena Cheese
  • Leaves of crisp baby romaine, roasted tri-color sweet peppers (Red, Yellow, and Orange), and roasted roma tomatoes. Topped with an almond and chive crusted goat cheese quenelle and finished with a drizzle of roasted garlic vinaigrette
  • Mixed greens and crisp romaine, slices of candied beets and julienne spring onion, topped with a drizzle of rich banana mayo and finished with shaved Claret wine cheddar
  • Arugula and baby mixed greens tossed with rings of red onion, Supremes of ruby red and golden grapefruit. Drizzled with a thyme and white wine vinaigrette and topped with a peppered crouton
  • A bed of red leaf and butter lettuce, topped with sliced green apples, julienne red onion and pomegranate. Finished with a drizzle of light red curry vinaigrette and toasted pumpkin seeds
  • Grilled radicchio and Belgian endive, topped with grape tomatoes, shaved dry cured chorizo and a green olive tapenade, finished with curls of Parmesan cheese

Entrees Choices

Slow roasted Pork Chop Citrus. A pan seared and slow roasted 8oz bone in Pork chop stuffed with caramelized shallot Marmalade and Provolone cheese topped with a Grilled Grapefruit Marsala wine reduction. Served with Parmesan Gnocchi and Portobello mushroom green bean Sauté. – $34.00 per person

Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Sundried Tomato Pesto and Roasted Garlic Hollandaise. Roasted Tenderloin of beef crusted with black pepper, Garlic, Rosemary mixture, Topped with a sundried tomato pesto and drizzled with a roasted garlic hollandaise. – $38.00 per person

Grilled Chicken Milanese. A grilled bone in double breast of chicken braised with whole Green onions, baby Spinach, Kalamata olives, and whole baby clams and finished with white wine. Served with Roasted Garlic Risotto and Grilled Red Peppers. – $34.00 per person

Grilled beef Striploin on a bed of wilted spinach and sautéed portabella mushrooms with a hazel nut infused au jus, served with a barley and chive risotto. – $38.00 per person

Tomato broth poached halibut topped with ratatouille, chives and a seared scallop, served on a bed of infused basmati rice. – $34.00 per person

Roast peppered salmon with a citrus shrimp glaze, on a bed of grilled spring onions, served with a garden vegetable couscous and Braised White Wine Asparagus. – $38.00 per person

Sliced medallions of herb crusted pork tenderloin, topped with apricot chutney and crisp fried julienne leeks, served with a roasted onion and potato Pancakes and grilled garlic buttered Green Beans. – $34.00 per person
